 Services

My goal is to help you feel better, it’s that simple. I will help you make small food and lifestyle changes, and identify potential toxins which will lead to big results over time. By designing custom nutrition and lifestyle plans, I can help you reach your goals.

We will use a whole-person integrative approach that is based on your personal nutritional needs, as well as your budget, schedule, and lifestyle using holistic methods rooted in modern, evidence-based nutrition therapy.

How Can we Work Together?

15-minute Discovery call – free

During this call, we can discuss your nutrition goals and concerns and see if we are a good match to work together.

INITIAL APPOINTMENT (60 minutes)

Prior to our first meeting, you will receive an invitation to a secure portal used for private communication. As part of the process, you will fill out a comprehensive intake form so I can better understand your unique health history and outline initial recommendations.

During our initial meeting, we will discuss your current health status, concerns, food habits, as well as your exercise and sleep patterns. From this information we will develop your personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan.

FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS (30 minutes)

This is where the real work gets done. In the first follow up appointment, we will go over your personalized nutrition plan and discuss practical steps and strategies to support your health.

In each subsequent session, we will work toward achieving the objectives of that plan and evaluate how well it is working. In between visits, you can message me in the Practice Better portal if you have questions.

PAYMENT

Payment is due at or before the time of service. All major credit cards are accepted.

How many appointments will I need?

The art and science of food and nutrition is expansive, and each person’s path to well-being is unique. The number of appointments required will be decided together and will depend on many factors, including: your current health status; at what pace changes are made to your eating and lifestyle habits; and your health and wellness goals.
